Position Description: Perform business and system analysis for Debit Card portfolio.
Supporting strategy team initiatives, and collaborating with other Business Analysts, Program/Product Managers, Operations, and IT.
Assist team with implementation and delivery of solutions for new product or channel concepts, enhancements, processes, and roadmap deliverables. * Assist with creation of test scripts and executes User Acceptance Tests as necessary.
Perform day-to-day operational support and be the first line of escalation for the Card Operations organization.
Escalate issues to IT, key internal stakeholders, 3rd party vendors, when appropriate.
This position can sit in Brown Deer, WI or Roanoke, VA.
Bachelors degree with minimum of 6 years experience (3 years in financial services or IT).OR-
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years financial services or IT experience.
